EMPOWERink Tattoo Giveaway – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The EMPOWERink Tattoo Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by EMPOWERink ("Sponsor" or "EMPOWERink").

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

Employees, contractors, affiliates, immediate family members, and household members of EMPOWERink are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on the date announced by EMPOWERink and ends on the date specified in the official giveaway announcement ("Giveaway Period"). Entries received after the Giveaway Period ends will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

Participants may enter the Giveaway by:

1. Completing and submitting the official online entry form during the Giveaway Period.

Each eligible participant who completes the entry form will receive one (1) entry.

Bonus Entry

Participants may earn one (1) additional entry by:

• Providing their Instagram handle on the entry form; and

• Following the official EMPOWERink Instagram account: @empowerinkco

Participants may receive a maximum of two (2) total entries.

Limit one entry form submission per person. Duplicate entries may be disqualified at Sponsor's sole discretion.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive their choice of one of the following services:

• Single Areola Tattoo

• Double Areola Tattoo

• Three-Pack Scar Camouflage Tattoo Package

Approximate retail value varies depending on the selected service.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted except at Sponsor's discretion.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The winner will be notified using the contact information provided on the entry form. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within seven (7) days, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

Sponsor's decisions regarding the Giveaway are final and binding.

7. Prize Conditions

The winner must:

• Schedule and complete their initial treatment appointment within sixty (60) days of being notified as the winner.

• Pay a one-time $150 tray setup fee prior to treatment.

• Complete all required consultation and consent documentation.

• Meet all health, safety, and eligibility requirements for the selected procedure as determined by EMPOWERink.

If the winner does not complete their initial treatment within sixty (60) days, the prize may be forfeited.

Any additional treatments, touch-ups, travel expenses, lodging, transportation, or services not specifically included in the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

8. Treatment Location

All services awarded through this Giveaway will be performed exclusively at EMPOWERink's Denver, Colorado studio.

The winner is responsible for arranging and paying for their own transportation and any related travel expenses.

9. Publicity Release

By entering, participants grant EMPOWERink permission to use their name, likeness, city/state of residence, photographs, testimonials, and before-and-after images for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

The winner may be asked to sign a separate publicity release where permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless EMPOWERink and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, injuries, or liabilities arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

11. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used solely for administration of the Giveaway and in accordance with EMPOWERink's applicable privacy practices.

12. General Conditions

EMPOWERink reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

13. Instagram Disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By participating, entrants completely release Instagram from any liability related to this Giveaway.
